Complicated Pregnancy

Hi, I do wonder at time if I should seek help; however I am not sure where to get this help, that is why I researched this topic on the Net to see if I can find other women who have had similar problems and to see how they are dealing with it. I am a very strong individual but do have some difficult times...I too wonder if I sometimes take my frustration out on my husband, which is not fair as he too went to this as well. I don't know of any support groups in my area as this condition is not common, perhaps there is other support groups I could join?

Check with the hospital where you delivered. Sometimes they offer post partum support groups.

I agree with Jodi - the hospital where you delivered is the first place I would check. I would also check out your local public health authorities and even ask your family doctor or OB/GYN. In Canada, where I live, there are public health nurses and a 1-800 - health line to contact.

And of course, internet support groups can be very helpful too. I know just reading about others' stories has helped me feel less alone.
